Compatibility fixes — Ragnavik 1.1.62

Ragnavik 1.1.62 includes Compatibility 1.0.23. It keeps the spirit recovery fixes working with Afterdeath 1.0.12, quick-slot grave recovery with AzuExtendedPlayerInventory 2.6.0, and the existing reload fix with WackyEpicMMOSystem 1.9.70.

This release also includes the recent pouch trading, backpack-key, and drawer-fed smelter fixes. The fourteen mod updates from the previous release remain included.

Client 1.1.62 and Server 1.1.44 use the same Shared 1.0.30 package. After the server update announcement, delete the existing Ragnavik Gale profile and install Ragnavik 1.1.62 from Hexium as a fresh profile. Do not update individual mods; the Client and Server packs are maintained together.
